Bernardos Hotel was established in February 2014 with 7 deluxe type rooms. It is about 10 minutes away from the Basco Airport by car. It is outside the town proper but a minute away from the Chanarian Beach. On the date when it was established, there was a high occupancy rate that Bernardos Lantia Hotel was built after few years. The expansion building is just a minute walk from the main building. Recent addition to Bernardos Hotel property is the in house Massage Services of SPAradise. SPAradise is known for their Hot Stone Massage aside from their wide range of Whole Body and Express Massage Services, a perfect place to end a tour day. Bernardos Lantia Building can accommodate a maximum of 52 guests with its 18 rooms. We take pride of our well kept garden where guests can relax after a whole day tour on the island and dine at Lantia Café. The rooms have been elegantly furnished with comfort as the utmost priority. Its cozy rooms invite you to relax and unwind after a hectic day of touring. Cancellation policy

Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for any unused services.

Important Terms

• Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso on a per person basis.

• This package is applicable for a minimum of two (02) adults traveling together.

• Rates are not applicable during high, peak, or super peak periods.

• Child rate is on request and subject to computation.

• All bookings are subject to advance reservation. Confirmation of room(s) is strictly subject to the hotel's availability at the point of booking made only and all rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• Hotel Standard Check-in time is from 1400 hrs to 1500 hrs. Standard check-out time is 1100 hrs to 1200 hrs.

• Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, the previous night must be booked and paid.

• Rates are based on the lowest room category of the hotel. In case the lowest room category is no longer available, the next available room category or similar class hotel shall be offered and the price difference shall be charged.

• All special service requests are subject to availability and/or additional charges upon check-in.

• All transfers and/or tours are on a seat in coach basis.

• Only one (01) baggage is allowed per person. In case of more luggage and transport is not enough to accommodate guests and requests for another transfer to accommodate, an additional charge for transfer will be billed directly to the passenger who exceeded their allowed baggage.

• The package is applicable to local residents only. All foreign passport holders will incur a surcharge which depends on their nationality (TBA by the hotel). Failure to advise/inform us upon finalization of the booking will be automatically charged to the account of the agent.

• All flight details of the passengers must be submitted once the booking is guaranteed.

• We will no longer consider on-day/last-minute flight details notice. Guests will be advised to transfer on their own arrangement.

• No Show on booked dates will render services forfeited. Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for no-shows, offloaded guests, or any unused services.

• Any reinstatement of the booking will be subject to availability and/or additional charges.

• Please remind the guests that they should be in the lobby at least 15 minutes prior to their estimated pick-up time for their departure airport transfer. We will not be held liable if they fail to catch the seat in the coach arrangement resulting in an unnecessary incident.

• In case of Force Majeure (Eg. Emergencies, Accident, Storm, Rally, Typhoon, etc.) Which are beyond our control, VIA Philippines will not be liable for any surcharges/penalties imposed by the hotel/ resort and other suppliers.
